Founder/ Physical Therapist

Dr. Aisha Ampah is a pelvic health physical therapist who works with women, men, and children to treat the root causes of pelvic pain, dysfunction, and discomfort, so they can move, feel, and live better.

She combines advanced training in dry needling, manual therapy, and health coaching to provide whole-body care that addresses the root of dysfunction, not just the symptoms. Her clinical approach blends movement science, hands-on techniques, and lifestyle strategies to support deep, lasting healing.

Dr. Aisha is especially passionate about treating pelvic pain in men and women, and particularly in women navigating painful periods. She understands how often this kind of pain is dismissed or misdiagnosed, and she’s here to change that narrative with personalized, compassionate care.

Whether you're dealing with painful sex, incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, or you just feel like something is "off," her mission is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered with a plan that works for your life.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running, doing Pilates, or enjoying life’s beautiful chaos with her husband and their two energetic boys.

What Makes Us Different?

We do pelvic health differently, combining clinical precision with personalized care that treats the whole you, not just your symptoms.

What Our Patients Are Saying

What Our Patients Are Saying ⭐

Her approach was gentle yet effective, using targeted exercises, abdominal massage, and education to help improve our son’s bowel function. Within one session, we noticed an improvement — something we had been hoping for after trying several other options including seeing a GI doctor and Chiropractor.

Dr Aisha was very professional and comforting to work with. She really has a way of putting you at ease when discussing pelvic health. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy sessions but she is awesome for pelvic floor therapy!
