Dr. Aisha Ampah

Founder/ Physical Therapist

Dr. Aisha Ampah is a passionate and experienced physical therapist who brings both clinical excellence and heartfelt care to every patient she serves. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from UNC Chapel Hill in 2012. She began her career as a traveling physical therapist, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of settings—including skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics, and home health—before discovering her true calling in pelvic health.

Certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy and a certified health coach, Dr. Aisha takes a whole-body approach to care, blending movement science, hands-on techniques, and lifestyle strategies to support lasting healing. Since 2020, she has devoted herself to pelvic health physical therapy, with a special interest in treating pelvic pain and painful menstruation. Her goal is to help each patient feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running, on her Pilates mat, or enjoying life’s beautiful chaos with her husband and their two energetic boys.
